Refund Policy

FounderLens is operated by Mostafa Khafagy under the business name Khufu Systems. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd).

1. First Subscription — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are subscribing to a paid FounderLens plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

2. Renewal Refunds

For monthly subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. After 48 hours, the charge for the current billing period is non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of that period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at mostafa1khafagy1@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Since payments are processed by Paddle, refunds will be issued through Paddle's system.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time depends on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds will appear on the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewal charges older than 48 hours (monthly plans)
  • Annual plans after the 14-day guarantee period
